Dear user,
We are writing to inform you that we have received confirmation from the issuers of
VELAS (VLX) that their browser wallet and desktop wallet are both live.
Furthermore, the VELAS team has also announced the launch of their public nodes. Any wallet holder with over one million VLX tokens will be able to stake their tokens for master node status on the VELAS network.
What if I do not have the one million tokens in my wallet? Can I still participate?
Yes. Wallet holders will be able to stake their coins in the master node pool, available to all CoinPayments wallet users. All staking rewards generated by the pooled master node will be distributed based upon the total node percentage staked.
For example: If you stake 100,000 VLX in the 1,000,000 VLX master node pool, you would receive 10% of all staking rewards for that master node.
Please Note:
CoinPayments users who were staking their CPS coins prior to the Velas token swap, your swapped tokens have already been added to the master node pool. No further action is required on your part.
